Effective August 15, 2026. Cedarstone Permit Leads is a service of Cedarstone Ventures LLC ("Cedarstone," "we," "us"). Questions: info@cedarstonellc.com.

Plain-language summary: We compile public building-permit records and email them to you weekly. We don't invent data, we don't sell your information, and you can cancel in one click anytime. Use the data for your own outreach — you're responsible for how you contact people.

Terms of Service

1. What the service is

Cedarstone Permit Leads is a subscription data service. We gather building-permit records that are public information from city and county sources, filter them to roofing, format and de-duplicate them, and deliver them to you by email on a recurring (typically weekly) basis for the metro area you select.

2. Subscription, billing & cancellation

Plans are billed monthly (currently $99/month) through our payment processor, Stripe. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it — the first charge occurs after day 7 unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time in one click; cancellation stops future billing, and no long-term contract applies. Founding-member pricing, where offered, remains locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

3. Data source & accuracy

The data is compiled from public government records. Coverage, available fields, and update timing vary by jurisdiction and may change. We work to keep the data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every record is complete, error-free, or that any particular metro is covered at a given time. If we cannot cover the city you request, you don't pay for it. The data is provided "as is."

4. Acceptable use — important

You may use the data for your own business outreach (for example, direct mail or door-knocking to offer roofing services). You agree that:

5. No affiliation

Cedarstone Permit Leads is an independent data service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, Angi, HomeAdvisor, or any other company mentioned on our site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cedarstone's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for business outcomes from your use of the data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you start a subscription or contact us, we collect the information you give us — your name, business email, the city you serve, and any message you send. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide and support the service: to deliver your weekly feed, manage your subscription and billing, and reply to you. We may use basic, privacy-respecting website analytics to understand traffic.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the vendors that run the service on our behalf (for example, Stripe for payments and our email provider for delivery), and only as needed.

The permit data itself

The property and owner information in the feed comes from public government records, not from private tracking. It is public information compiled for your business use, subject to the acceptable-use terms above.

Your choices

You can cancel your subscription anytime, and you can email us at info@cedarstonellc.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. We keep information only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations.
